As a Virus Removal Specialist you will be an initial point of contact via telephone and email, providing technical support to RockStarVirusRemoval.com’s customers.

Here is what is important to us:

• Good knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and optionally Mac OS X.
• Experience in configuring security software (anti-virus, anti-malware, …)
• Experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and configuring PCs.
• Ability to provide friendly, helpful support.
• Know how to keep things simple.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of English is required.
